We’re looking for a Corporate Account Executive to help us develop and implement strategies to grow Webflow’s presence upmarket and build meaningful relationships with both potential and existing customers.
About the role
- Location: Remote-first (United States; BC, Canada). Must reside in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone. An in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA will be required.
- Type: Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
- Compensation: Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on geographic area. Salaries are provided as On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges and may include base salary plus commissions. For the United States, zones and ranges are:
- Zone A: $190,000 - $220,000
- Zone B: $181,000 - $210,000
- Zone C: $171,000 - $198,000
- Canada (Ontario): 230,000 - 266,000 CAD
- Note: This salary range may be narrowed during the interview process based on location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. Benefits/additional compensation may include equity, bonuses or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.

- Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Corporate Sales
As a Corporate Account Executive, you’ll:
- Meet with potential customers, understand their problems, and assess whether Webflow is a good fit
- Build a sales pipeline with heavy outbound focus
- Create and drive outbound opportunities through account planning/POVs, partnering with SDRs and cold messaging
- Drive the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to close
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within prospect and customer accounts
- Negotiate annual or multi-year software contracts
- Position and communicate Webflow’s vision, solution, and value propositions
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, education and engineering to execute sales strategy
- Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences
- Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites

About you
You’ll thrive as a Corporate Account Executive if you:
- Bring 3+ years of closing experience in complex SaaS sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrate a strong ability to prospect and hunt new logos autonomously
- Have a track record of closing complex sales cycles with a disruptive B2B SaaS product
- Collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to drive business impact
- Love testing, tracking, and iterating on your sales process
- Thrive in ambiguous environments and work independently
- Have a passion for the no-code space and interest in Webflow products
- Embody a growth mindset and drive for continuous improvement
- Stay curious and open to growth, including fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
