Core Technician

The 2020 completion of a highly automated, lower mine expansion has resulted in Young-Davidson increasing production and generating strong free cash flow. With a large Mineral Reserve base, it will serve as Alamos’ foundation for growth for many years to come. Role Overview
As a Core Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the Geology and Exploration teams by ensuring the accurate handling, processing, sampling, and organization of diamond drill core. Reporting to the Senior Diamond Drilling Coordinator, you will be responsible for a wide range of core shack activities that contribute directly to exploration and resource definition programs. Working closely with geologists, core loggers, and exploration personnel, you will help maintain efficient operations while upholding high standards of safety, quality, and organization.

Salary Range: CAD $54,250 - $97,650
The expected salary range for this role is intended to support transparency and informed decision making. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience and internal equity.
