About the Role

We are hiring a junior, motivated, detail‑oriented broker onboarding & operations coordinator to support day‑to‑day functions of our broker management team. The role involves leading broker onboarding, managing inbox workflows, ensuring data quality, improving processes, and collaborating cross‑functionally.

Your Responsibilities

• Process new broker onboarding requests, profile updates, and change requests across Canada.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of submissions; ensure required documents and validations are in place.
• Maintain and update broker records in LMS360, SharePoint, Google Sheets, e‑signature tools, and other internal systems.
• Support daily management of the broker inbox, following priority frameworks, escalations.
• Reduce email volume by promoting structured submission channels and standardized forms.
• Perform data checks across multiple platforms to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Assist with manual vs automated data syncing issues between systems.
• Participate in testing of improvements, automations, and new workflows.
• Identify recurring issues, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Contribute to SOPs, audit‑ready tracking, documentation.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Sales, Lending Ops, Compliance, and external partners to resolve onboarding questions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in French and English (required).
• Strong technical proficiency: comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM, workflow tools, and data‑entry platforms.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle high‑volume operational tasks.
• Eagerness to learn, growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to develop new skills.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset—identifies problems and contributes to solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the mortgage industry, broker channel, or financial solutions ecosystem.
• Experience in financial services operations, lending, underwriting support, or administrative roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field.
