Job summary

Agropur Cooperative à Woodstock (Ontario) recherche un Coordonnateur d'usine pour superviser l'équipe de production, assurer la sécurité et le respect des normes GMP/HACCP/SQF, et soutenir le superviseur de production.

Poste permanent, horaire du lundi au vendredi de 15 h à 23 h, salaire horaire de 39,02 CAD, avantages sociaux et parcours professionnel. Maîtrise de l'anglais requise pour communiquer avec des partenaires externes au besoin.

Qualifications

• Connaissances GMP, HACCP et SQF.
• Le cas échéant, expérience Lean/Six Sigma est un atout.
• Maîtrise de SAP et outils informatiques courants.

Responsibilities

• Diriger, orienter et coacher l'équipe de production.
• Promouvoir une ambiance relationnelle positive et impliquer les employés.
• Veiller à l'application des normes qualité et HACCP; soutenir les audits SQF/HACCP.
• Veiller à la sécurité et à l'efficacité des équipements et ressources.
• Participer à l'atteinte des budgets de production et gérer les relations internes.
