The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a Standard Offer Coordinator to join our team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will be responsible for analyzing product evolutions that significantly impact our customers.

You will be part of the Product Offer management team, working in close collaboration with the sales, engineering, and change management teams. The team's structure is designed to promote autonomous cross‑functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

Your challenges

• Drive contractual communication to customers regarding major evolutions of the A220 standard, in support of customer‑facing teams;
• Identify standard evolutions that have an impact on customer contracts, within a multi‑disciplinary team;
• Align the strategic communication alignment between a variety of teams (engineering, program, sales…);
• Produce customer documentation related to these evolutions;
• Ensure the follow‑up of the introduction point of these changes for all future customers;
• Be organized and implement good project management and communication practices;
• Anticipate disruptions and, if necessary, take corrective action. Escalate problems when necessary;
• Ability to manage priorities and overcome difficulties.

Your boarding pass

• You hold a bachelor or master degree in a technical field, in product marketing or in a related discipline;
• You have an understanding or interest in aircraft architecture or aircraft operations;
• You have experience in aeronautics (an asset), in engineering, change or configuration management;
• You have a customer‑focused mindset. Experience in customer relations is an asset;
• You are positive and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills, an open mind and a strong ability to work as part of a team;
• You are bilingual (spoken and written) in French and English and are able to work in a multicultural environment.

Coordonnateur(trice) d’Offre Standard

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) d’Offre Standard pour rejoindre notre équipe basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous vous occuperez d'analyser les évolutions du produit impactant significativement nos clients.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe chargée de gérer l’Offre Produit, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes commerciales, d'ingénierie et de gestion de changement.

Vos défis

• Piloter la communication contractuelle vers les clients des évolutions majeure du standard des A220, en support aux équipes qui font face aux clients ;
• Identifier les évolutions du standard ayant un impact sur les contrats clients, au sein d'une équipe multi‑disciplinaire ;
• Aligner l'alignement stratégique de communication entre les diverses équipes (ingénierie, programme, ventes…) ;
• Produire la documentation clients relative à ces évolutions ;
• Assurer le suivi du point d'introduction de ces changements pour tous les clients à venir ;
• Être organisé et mettre en place les bonnes pratiques de gestion de projets et de communication ;
• Anticiper les perturbations et, si besoin, mener les actions de redressement nécessaires. Escalader les problèmes quand nécessaire ;
• Être capable de gérer les priorités et de surmonter les difficultés.

Votre profil

• Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'une maîtrise dans un domaine technique ou en marketing produit (ou équivalent) ou une discipline apparentée ;
• Vous avez une expérience dans le domaine aéronautique (un atout), en ingénierie, en gestion de configuration ou gestion de changements techniques ;
• Vous avez une bonne compréhension et un attrait pour l'architecture des avions ou des opérations aéronautiques ;
• Vous avez un état d'esprit axé sur le client. Une expérience en relation‑client est un atout ;
• Vous êtes positif et adaptable et vous avez de très bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, un état d'esprit ouvert et une grande capacité à travailler en équipe ;
• Vous êtes bilingue (oral et écrit) en français et en anglais et vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel.
