Are you a detail-oriented coordinator with a knack for managing complex processes and keeping stakeholders aligned? Irving Shipbuilding is looking for a Coordinator, Technical Information Requests (TIRs) to support the delivery of Canada’s next generation of naval vessels.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the link between internal teams, subcontractors, the Warship Designer, Canada, and vendors—ensuring technical information and government-furnished resources flow seamlessly through each stage of the design and build process. Your coordination will help drive business-critical, contractual scope across the enterprise.
Due to the nature of work Irving Shipbuilding does, all successful applicants must meet requirements for the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Please note this position requires a full-time, in-office presence.
