The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI‑MUHC) is a world‑renowned biomedical and hospital research centre located in Montreal, Quebec. The RI‑MUHC is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) and is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. It is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS).
The incumbent will support Dr. Ahun’s research on the mechanisms through which parental mental health and parenting impact early child development. They will contribute to the BUNDLE study, which tests whether early childhood development is improved by a bundled set of interventions that promote responsive stimulation and improved feeding integrated into existing infection prevention and treatment activities of the health system. The coordinator will assist with training data collectors, developing study protocols, preparing intervention materials, cleaning and analysing data, and preparing manuscripts. The role reports to Dr. Marilyn N. Ahun.
• Bachelor’s degree (required) in Public Health, Health Promotion, Global Health, Psychology or a related field
• Master’s degree (preferred)
• 1–2 years of research experience
