Aecon Concessions is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support the QMS through coordinating audits, reporting and action tracking. You will manage documentation, controls, and reporting platforms while collaborating with Quality and Operations teams to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in QA/QA administration, strong MS Office and SharePoint skills, and knowledge of ISO 9001. Ontario-based travel to sites may be required.

The Quality Coordinator supports the Quality Management System (QMS) by coordinating audit activities, quality reporting and performance monitoring, corrective action tracking, document control, and administration of the Oil & Gas OQ Program. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and teamwork skills who can effectively collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to support compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
The expected pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 per year.
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
