What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll manage daily administrative requests, support client inquiries, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Providing guidance on policies, procedures, and available services
  • Ensuring client issues are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating with operational teams to complete tasks accurately and on time
  • Reviewing and approving daily administrative items (de‑registrations, bank transfers, FX, internal transfers)
Must-Have Skills
  • University degree + 2 years in brokerage or client service
  • Strong understanding of brokerage operations, procedures, and systems
  • Knowledge of industry regulatory and legal requirements
