About Highland Valley Copper
Highland Valley Copper (HVC) Operationsis Canada’s largest open-pit copper mine and molybdenum operation. HVC produces both copper and molybdenum concentrate through autogenous and semi-autogenous grinding and flotation.

We are seeking an engaging, collaborative, and values-driven professional to join our Community and Indigenous Relations team. Reporting to the Supervisor, Indigenous Economies, the Coordinator, Indigenous Economies will play a key role in advancing commitments to Indigenous Governments and Organizations by supporting Indigenous employment, retention, and economic participation at Highland Valley Copper.
This role blends relationship-building with strong analytical capability. The successful candidate will work across teams and with external partners to track, analyze, and communicate workforce, procurement, and economic participation data to support informed decision-making and demonstrate impact.

Pay Range: CAD $76,000 - $94,000 per year
The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
