A leading mining company is seeking an HR Coordinator to support core HR functions for their operations. This role involves recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a post-secondary degree in human resources and a minimum of three years of experience. The position offers a one-week-on, one-week-off work schedule at a remote camp in northern Saskatchewan, with potential for occasional travel.
Position: HR Coordinator – Seabee Gold Operation. Reporting to the Human Resources Supervisor, the coordinator supports all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, training & development, record‑keeping, and general administrative support. The role also provides backup support for travel scheduling and accommodations with the Admin Travel team.
This position has a schedule of one (1) week on, one (1) week off at a remote camp in northern Saskatchewan, working 11‑hour days with the possibility of unscheduled overtime required on occasion. Travel is required to fly in and fly out from designated pickup points (Saskatoon, Prince Albert, or La Ronge). Occasional travel for recruitment events or training sessions may be required. Flexible schedule options such as supporting from the Saskatoon office may be discussed once the candidate becomes established.
