Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and maintain employee data in our Human Capital Management system, UKG, for all stages of the employee lifecycle
  • Support the establishment of new practices, processes and procedures by documenting workflows and resource guides, sharing observations and helping shape operational framework for future growth
  • Maintain professional skepticism to ensure the highest standards of data quality and integrity
  • Conduct routine data reviews and audits to help ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Generate and send offer letters for new hires in a timely and accurate manner
  • Draft and issue employment verification letters, ensuring accurate employment details and specific requirements are met
  • Prepare formal letters regarding changes in employment terms, such as contract extensions, internal transfers and promotions
  • Participate actively in team check‑in calls, offering updates, raising questions and contributing to a collaborative and open team culture
  • Stay up to date on UKG system features, HC processes and industry trends through available training and learning opportunities
  • Deliver responsive and professional customer service to internal stakeholders regarding data, transactions and system inquiries
Skills and Experience
  • Post‑secondary education and accreditation with HR specialty
  • One (1) year of HR experience is preferred
  • Written and verbal English and French language skills
  • Professional services industry experience is considered an asset
