Responsibilities include data entry, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and has experience in an administrative role, particularly within manufacturing or distribution environments.
Reporting to the Manager, Finance, Building services, Credit and Collections, the Coordinator, Facilities is the linchpin of procurement and building operations, ensuring seamless internal processes and maintenance. Their responsibilities include creating purchase orders, managing software assignments, and serving as the primary contact for suppliers and clients, while also maintaining the building’s operating needs. In building operations, they coordinate maintenance, manage security access, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Additionally, they play a key role in event planning, coordinating with vendors, and providing support during team member absences, all to maintain an efficient and welcoming facility.
