The Procurement Officer (Coordinator, Contract Services) will support the development and procurement of a wide variety of environmental, maintenance, and construction projects for the Canadian Armed Forces and the Canadian Forces Housing Agency. The incumbent determines Client‑Partner needs, provides advice on appropriate procurement approaches, reviews Client‑Partner documentation, arranges for preparation and submission of documents to the responsible contract authority, makes recommendations to the contract authority about initiating procurement, process decisions and contract awards, and manages the Client‑Partner relationship.
