We’re now excited to bring our late-night favourite to Ontario and we are actively interviewing candidates for the COOKIE CREW role at our Canadian flagship store adjacent to Queens University. What do I do as a COOKIE CREW Member?

• Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
• Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
• Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately and manage with no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
