Key Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and foster a collaborative, safe and healthy working environment.
• Ensure the highest quality of food is served to our guests at all times.
• Follow the Chow brand recipe and presentation specifications, ensuring that recipes are executed to the appropriate portion size, quality and quantity.
• Maintain the appropriate level of food inventory and station mise‑en‑place based on business demands.
• Maintain and apply an advanced and current knowledge of dietary allergens and religious dietary restrictions.
• Ensure all stations are clean and meet food safety standards.
• Ability to train others in cooking techniques.
• Perform other related and compatible duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ Culinary Experience
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a restaurant kitchen, food service environment
• Experience in soup, noodle and wok cooking techniques including stir‑frying, deep frying and sautéing, marinating, braising
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
