Amica Mature Lifestyles Inc. is hiring a Cook at Amica Guildwood for Regular Part Time hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with alternating weekends, Friday, and Monday.

The role offers a $22.60 per hour wage and contributes to premium hospitality in a senior living setting. The successful candidate will have a Food Handling Certificate and at least three years of progressive dining experience, performing daily meal prep under the Sous Chef and ensuring presentation meets fine dining

A day in the life of a Cook:

You are committed to service excellence and pride yourself in exceeding dining expectations by contributing to a culinary experience of the highest quality, consistency and creativity. Under the direction of the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for daily meal preparation from pre-determined menus, ensuring food quality and presentation meets fine dining standards and contributes to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

How do I qualify?

• Food Handling Certificate
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in a variety of dining environments

What we are looking for:

• Previous Hotel experience in a fine dining property
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
