Job summary

Triple O’s Restaurants in Nanaimo is seeking a Cook to prepare high-quality, fast-paced menu items using locally sourced ingredients. You’ll work with a supportive kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and timely meals for guests.

Food Safe Level 1 is an asset; some food service experience helps, but the role welcomes first-timers who are team players, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within an iconic Canadian brand.

Qualifications

• Food Safe Level 1 accreditation is an asset.
• Some food service experience is helpful, but this role can be a great first job for a team-oriented learner.
• You should be team-oriented, with attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all menu items while maintaining presentation and timing standards.
• Work with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organized work area, and assist others as needed.
