Job Title: Cook

Type:30-40h per week, must be available to work Thursday-Saturday day and evening

We’re a small, local Spanish restaurant passionate about bringing authentic Spanish flavours and warm hospitality to our guests. We’re looking for an experienced cook who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in consistency, cleanliness, and presentation.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and cook menu items with care and precision, following traditional Spanish recipes.
  • Manage kitchen organization, cleanliness, and prep efficiency throughout service.
  • Assist in inventory control — tracking ingredients, reducing waste, and maintaining stock levels.
  • Daily setup, prep, and close-down.
  • Maintain proper food handling and safety standards at all times.
  • Bring ideas, initiative, and teamwork to create a positive kitchen culture.

Who You Are

  • Experienced as a cook in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Holds a valid Food Handler Certificate(Smart Serve is an asset).
  • Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • A self-starter who enjoys staying busy and taking pride in a clean, efficient kitchen.
  • A true team playerwho communicates well and supports others.
  • Lives locally or within a reasonable commute to Prescott.
