Job summary

Viacore Winnipeg is seeking a full-time Conveyor Service Technician Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate is safety‑conscious, punctual, reliable, and capable of working independently or with others. This is an immediate vacancy with potential for growth through our Apprenticeship Program.

You will perform maintenance, splices, pulley lagging, and on-site support while learning customer relations and field procedures. Training and mentorship are provided as you advance in the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Previous experience in field service or maintenance.
• Valid G license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work overtime and irregular hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure conveyor belts/systems operate according to orders and instructions.
• Collaborate with coworkers and customers to maintain safety and quality.
• Attend Apprenticeship Training and prove competency in skills.
• Assist in training Apprentices and maintain clean work areas.
• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and on time.
