A full-service law firm in Vernon is seeking a full-time Conveyancing Administrator to support their team. This in-office role requires attention to detail and effective collaboration with conveyancers and lawyers. Responsibilities include managing the signing process, organizing transaction runs, and providing administrative support. Ideal candidates will have experience in Real Estate or Conveyancing administration and possess strong organizational and customer service skills. The firm offers a competitive salary and flexible paid time off.

We’re looking for an experienced Conveyancing Administrator to join our Kidston team. This is a full-time position to join our growing team. This position is an office position and cannot work remote.

As a Conveyancing Administrator, you will work closely with our team of Conveyancers and Lawyers. We are looking for a detailed oriented person, who thrives in a busy environment and is a team player.
Salary Range:$40,000-$50,000
Start Date:Flexible
