Job summary

A growing construction firm is seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations across multiple projects. You will manage accounting, budgeting, and audits while collaborating with operational teams to enhance financial visibility. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in the construction industry preferred.
• Strong skills working with auditors and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations including AR/AP, payroll, and reporting.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Lead audit preparation and compliance.
• Partner with teams to improve financial visibility.
• Drive process improvements using ERP tools.
