Job summary

Radisson Mining Resources is seeking a Controller to lead and oversee the Company’s accounting operations and financial reporting activities. The role involves managing the monthly close, ensuring IFRS compliance, and supporting budgeting and strategic initiatives.

You will work closely with the CFO and senior management, contributing to the project from its early stages and helping drive the O’Brien Gold Project's development. A hybrid work arrangement may be possible.

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial controlling.
• Be proficient in IFRS and regulatory requirements for publicly listed companies.
• Be able to communicate in English with colleagues and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, share capital tracking, etc.).
• Ensure IFRS compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Manage monthly close cycle and financial statements (quarterly and annual).
• Participate in budget planning and cash management (variance analysis, action plans).
• Partner with CFO on financing and strategic initiatives.

Radisson Mining Resources is currently seeking a Controller to lead and oversee the Company’s accounting operations and financial reporting activities.

WHAT YOU MAY FIND INTERESTING ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Radisson is a gold exploration company focused on its 100% owned O’Brien Gold Project, located in the Bousquet-Cadillac mining camp along the world-renowned Larder-Lake-Cadillac Break in Abitibi, Québec. A July 2025 PEA described a low cost and high value project with an 11-year mine life and significant upside potential based on the use of existing regional infrastructure. Indicated Mineral Resources are estimated at 0.63 Moz (3.49 Mt at 5.59 g/t Au), with additional Inferred Mineral Resources estimated at 1.69 Moz (10.37 Mt at 5.08 g/t Au).

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

Play an active part in the project from its earliest stages, with the opportunity to contribute to its strategic vision and support it through to full execution.

YOUR MISSION:

Your mission as a Controller on the Radisson Mining Resources team:

• Oversee accounting operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, share capital tracking, etc.);
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements;
• Oversee the monthly close cycle as well as the preparation and release of quarterly and annual financial statements, and present them to management;
• Contribute to budget planning and cash management (variance analysis, recommendations, action plans, etc.);
• Act as a partner to the Chief Financial Officer to support strategic initiatives (financing, process optimization, special projects, etc.).

YOUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration;
• Have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial controlling;
• Be proficient in IFRS and the regulatory requirements applicable to publicly listed companies;
• Be able to communicate in English (English-speaking colleagues and suppliers);
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and Sage 50.
