What You’ll Do
  • Lead the day-to-day financial operations across multiple locations.
  • Oversee monthly and year-end financial close, internal reporting, and analysis.
  • Provide leadership to the accounting team—coaching, developing, and inspiring high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with ASPE and all regulatory requirements, including GST, PST, and payroll.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational goals and business performance.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting accuracy through ERP optimization (D365 experience is a plus).
  • Partner with IT and BI teams to build out actionable dashboards, reporting tools, and seamlined reconciliation processes.
What You Bring
  • CPA designation (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years in a senior accounting or controller role, ideally in a multi-location, operational environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, problem-solve, and drive results.
  • Experience in agriculture, equipment, retail, or manufacturing sectors is a strong asset.
  • amiliarity with D365 Finance & Operations or similar ERP systems is a major plus.
