Factory ControllerArtemis Recruitment is seeking a Factory Controller for a client in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is a rigorous, independent, and organized person with excellent team spirit and strong analytical skills. Under the direction of the finance department, the incumbent will be responsible for the complete management of the accounting cycle, cash flow, preparation of financial statements, and budget monitoring, while developing financial tools to support decision-making. Salary: $120K + bonus. Location: Possibilities in Varennes, Longueuil, or Drummondville. Benefits: 4 weeks of vacation + closed for the holidays, group insurance, RRSP with employer contribution, and reimbursement for sports activities. Your role: Manage the entire accounting process and prepare monthly and annual financial statements; Oversee cash flow and relations with financial partners; Develop reports and analyses to support management decisions; Implement and improve internal controls; Participate in the management committee and collaborate with the various factory teams; Contribute to process optimization and cost reduction.
