Reporting to the General Manager of the business unit, the Controller will oversee, manage, and drive all financial aspects of the business unit, including finance and accounting operations, statutory compliance, corporate governance, and risk management. This role will collaborate closely with the Group Finance Director and corporate finance team to provide functional support through training, coaching, and guidance, ensuring you have every opportunity to succeed. RAF is headquartered in Redmond, Washington. This position is open to candidates based in the U.S. or Canada who can work effectively during Pacific Time (PST) business hours, with occasional domestic or international business travel as required. This role is ideal for a results-oriented, hands‑on professional with strong communication skills and strategic thinking ability. As a key member of the leadership team, you will have a passion for developing talent, driving long‑term growth, and fostering a collaborative, thriving workplace culture.
