Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group, a leading civils, concrete and groundworks contractor, is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects across commercial, industrial and data centre sectors. You will drive delivery from pre-construction through handover, ensuring safety, profitability and quality.

You will lead Project Managers and delivery teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, review programmes, manage budgets and contribute to tender reviews and pre-construction activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within civils, groundworks or reinforced concrete construction.
  • Strong knowledge of drainage, infrastructure and enabling works.
  • Experience delivering commercial and data centre projects.
  • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience with leading civils or contracting businesses.
  • Experience delivering large-scale RC, infrastructure or enabling works packages.
  • Strong pre-construction knowledge.

A leading civils, concrete and groundworks contractor delivering high-quality infrastructure, enabling works and reinforced concrete packages across the UK are looking for a contracts manager to join the team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional to play a pivotal role in managing multiple projects across sectors including commercial, industrial and data centre developments.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing several projects simultaneously, ensuring safe, profitable and successful delivery from pre-construction through to handover.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple live civils and groundworks projects.
  • Leading Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams.
  • Working closely with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Reviewing programmes and project performance.
