A leading investment consulting firm in Canada is seeking a Contracts Attorney to develop, negotiate, and monitor compliance with contracts. You will assist the legal counsel and the chief compliance officer in ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience or a law degree, along with strong negotiation and analytical skills. We are seeking a Contracts Attorney to assist the organization’s legal counsel in developing, negotiating, evaluating, and monitoring compliance with its contracts. The successful candidate will ensure that all parties to the contract are compliant with the terms of the contract and that all contracts abide by local and federal laws. Additionally, the Contracts Attorney will assist the organization’s chief compliance officer in ensuring that the organization’s operations and employees adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
