Job Description
  • Ensuring that all safety regulations are followed on the job site at all times.
  • Providing advice to clients.
  • Making certain that the sites are secure.
  • Management of work groups, materials, and equipment.
  • Inspecting the work of employed employees and subcontractors.
  • Obtaining building permits and licenses.
  • Calculating the costs and materials.
  • Preparing bids and other reports.
  • Activities must be coordinated and scheduled.
  • Work activities must be coordinated with other project supervisors or managers.
  • Ascertain that all health and safety regulations are followed.
