Job summary

A leading Canadian construction firm is looking for a Contractor Admin to provide administrative support to the Contractor Sales team in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and possess strong attention to detail. Experience with D365 and Microsoft Office is a plus. This position offers a base salary and uncapped commission.

Qualifications

  • Experience with D365 and Microsoft Office is considered an asset.
  • Customer service experience is considered an asset.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Contractor Sales team.
  • Manage billing and invoicing.
  • Process purchase orders for special order materials.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls professionally.
  • Photocopy, fax, and maintain filing systems.
  • Communicate with others involved in the process.

Contractor Admin works with contractors to fully understand their needs and assist in planning construction projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, contractor sales representatives can make recommendations which solve customers’ problems. For this position you will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission following a probationary period
