Qualifications

Contract Position: Instructor, University Studies (Psychology)
The Opportunity

Keyano College's University Studies department is currently seeking Contract Instructors to teach the following courses for the Winter and/or Spring 2027 semester:

  • PSYCH 104 INTS - Basic Psychological Processes
  • PSYCH 105 E - Individual & Social Behavior
  • PSYCH 282 A - Behaviour Modification

Note: this is not a remote or hybrid work opportunity, you will be required to work on campus and relocate to Fort McMurray, AB

Qualifications

Required Qualification:

  • Minimum Master's of Arts & Humanities or a related field. A degree is Psychology will be considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 2 years cumulative post-secondary teaching experience
  • Proficient with the use of learning technologies
  • Excellent classroom management and instructional skills
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Dependable and resourceful team member with a proven track record of managing multiple competing priorities with a calm professional approach
  • Commitment to inclusion and diversity
