A community-focused organization is looking for an In-Community / Classrooms Program Specialist in Hamilton, Ontario. This casual on-call contract position supports the planning and facilitation of programs at schools, ensuring a positive experience for participants. Suitable for current or former educators or youth development professionals. Responsibilities include program facilitation, participant guidance, and ensuring safety standards. Requires a university degree in Education and experience working with youth. Must be eligible to work in Canada and possess a valid G Class Driver's License.

The Occasional In-Community / Classrooms Program Specialist supports the planning and facilitation of Tims Camps Community and Classrooms Programs which take place at schools in their designated region. This role is responsible for ensuring participants have a positive high quality program experience with a focus on high quality program facilitation and delivery for maximum impact. The Occasional In-Community / Classrooms Program Specialist applies their knowledge of youth development outdoor and experiential education program quality systems and demonstrated excellence in coaching and facilitation to provide direction coaching and support to the youth we serve.

Hamilton Ontario: When on a work assignment travel is required within the assigned geographic area (Hamilton Ontario). It is expected this role will work remotely from the assigned geographic area. Travel to other regions within Canada may be available.
This is a casual on-call contract position. There is no guarantee of hours or number of work assignments during the contract period. The anticipated contract duration is from January 2026 to June 2026.
