The successful candidate will manage the full tender process, ensure contractual compliance, and oversee project budgets. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Building or Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with at least 4 years in similar positions. Qualifications

• Background in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in projects with contract value exceeding $100 million.
