What you will accomplish with us

As a contract management specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service by email and phone to both internal and external customers to answer questions related to contracts for various distribution networks.
  • Analyze and process new agent contract requests, ensuring the accuracy and compliance of information.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and process transfer and financial compensation assessment requests, according to established business rules and scales.
  • Recommend the approval of contracts and license sponsorship requests to the manager, according to the specific requirements of each province.
  • Enter, update, and track contract and license information in the designated administrative system.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve common goals, while taking advantage of professional development opportunities (mentoring, participation in special projects, etc.).

  • Holds a university degree in administration or a related field. A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent will also be considered.
  • Has 2 to 3 years of experience in an analytical or administrative role.
