We're a design-build company specializing in small multi-unit developments (4-12 units) optimized for CMHC MLI Select. We build every project ourselves using standardized, modular designs—same floor plans, same electrical loads, same simple residential systems.

We need an electrical engineer for occasional contract work as our projects scale. Clean, fast electrical packages for straightforward residential buildings.

The Work

Scope per project:

• Service entrance design and load calculations
• Panel schedules and basic residential layouts
• Exterior lighting design with photometric analysis
• Code compliance documentation
• Integration with our architectural and civil packages

Typical turnaround: 5-7 business days per project

Volume: 2-4 electrical packages annually (growing as we scale)

Project type: Simple Part 9 residential—no complex systems, just clean electrical design for small apartment buildings
