A prominent healthcare institution in Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Executive in the Division of Medicine (Psychiatry) to provide administrative support for dementia care. Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, assisting with data analysis, and coordinating outreach efforts with community partners. The ideal candidate will have a degree in any discipline and 2 to 3 years of experience, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
You will support the SGH Dementia Shared Care Team, parked under the Department of Psychiatry, in providing administrative support to engage the community partners in dementia care. Your duties include:
monitoring of key performance indicators and budget utilisation
analysis of data to assist in the decision-making process
coordinating with various Community Partners in communication and outreach efforts
providing of secretarial support
Degree in any discipline with preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Good interpersonal skills, team player who is able to work independently
