Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Scarborough, Ontario, is seeking a Continuous Roll Towel Operator on the 2nd shift. You will safely and accurately operate a towel unwinding machine, load towels into a washer, handle ironing processes, and wrap clean towels.

You will also visually inspect garments for repairs, keep the work area clean, and strive to meet high quality and productivity standards while following safety policies.

Qualifications

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Continuous Roll Towel Operator to support the Rental Division. The Continuous Roll Towel Operator is responsible for safely and accurately using a machine to unwind dirty towel, loading towels into a washer, placing or removing towels from ironing machine, and wrapping clean, rolled product in plastic. Continuous Roll Towel Operators are responsible for visually inspecting all garments to identify the need for proactive repairing, such as patching holes or tears. Continuous Roll Towel Operators are expected to maintain the cleanliness of their work area and to meet or exceed a standard for quantity and quality of work.

Compensation
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $17.60 - $20.63/Hour. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decision are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
