This position focuses on driving operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of distribution experience with a minimum of 5 years in continuous improvement, and must be Lean Six Sigma certified. Summary
The Continuous Improvement Specialist (Contract Role) is a member of the distribution team that drives operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. They will analyze DC processes and make suggestions on areas of improvement.Working with DC management teams, will drive implementation and sustain improvements. The position is based in Woodbridge, Ontario and will require frequent travel (about 40%). The Continuous Improvement Specialist will report directly to the Manager of Distribution. This is a one-year contract role with the possibility for renewal.
