A leading food company in Ontario, Canada is seeking an experienced operations leader to improve plant performance by implementing continuous improvement processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years experience in food manufacturing, TPM, and team management. You will collaborate with leadership on strategies for operational growth and cost reduction. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.
Reporting to the Plant Manager at our Dresden manufacturing facility, you will support plant operations by expanding the capabilities of the Conagra Performance System (CPS) and manage improvement in plant performance by identifying opportunities for improvement. You will lead the execution of processes to eliminate losses while developing strategies to improve organizational growth by reducing non‑value‑added activities and ensuring continuous improvement. Working together with plant leadership, you will lead hourly and salaried team members in process improvement activities.

Pay Range: $79,000–$116,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
