Job summary

The role blends hands-on writing with AI fluency, applying judgment and editing to ensure accuracy, tone, and on-brand output for diverse channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Advertising, or Journalism preferred.
• 5–7 years of professional copywriting or content strategy experience with hands-on AI workflow direction across multiple content types.
• Proven experience maintaining messaging frameworks, brand narratives, or content libraries across teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the master content library for RB Global and its brands.
• Write copy for high-priority content and guide AI-assisted production for volume content.
• Build and maintain a prompt library and AI content workflows for consistency and speed.
• Review and edit content for accuracy, tone, and channel fit before publishing.
• Translate technical information into audience-right messaging across sectors.
• Apply SEO and GEO best practices for discoverability across platforms.
• Coordinate across Creative, Product Marketing, Sales Readiness, Corporate Communications, PR, Social Media, and buyer/seller teams.
• Pilot and recommend new AI content tools and workflows.
