The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic to our digital platforms. You will manage our social media accounts, create compelling content, and engage with our audience to foster a solid community. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Create and schedule social media content across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and others.
  • Community management:
  • Daily monitoring of all platforms for potential trends, competitor activity, and social listening to inform content strategy.
  • Interact with followers, fans, and influencers to build relationships and foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media channels.
  • Assist in the creation of engaging content captions, images, videos
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including brainstorming ideas, creating content calendars, and monitoring performance.
  • Analyze social media metrics to track key performance.
  • Stay informed about changes and updates to social media algorithms, tools, and trends.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and information for social media campaigns.
  • Conceptualize editorial content for the brand’s blog.
  • Optimize and update the brand’s IG shop platform.
  • Other related tasks

Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have

  • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, business, or any related field is an asset
  • Proven experience (1+ years) working in social media management or a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign is considered as an additional asset
