Job Description

The Content Consulting team supports TDAM retail (TDCT, FP, PIC, PIA, BD) and institutional product and portfolio management partners. The team guides the development of high‑quality collateral and sales support with consistent messaging, consults on all content marketing aspects, manages stakeholder relationships, and leads marketing activities and brand amplification.

Responsibilities
  • Support the promotion and amplification of TDAM’s content marketing efforts.
  • Provide strategic direction for development of marketing collateral.
  • Develop detailed content briefs/project plans and oversee/manage the development of collateral for marketing plan distribution channels.
  • Ensure collateral is delivered in a relevant format, efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Manage external marketing efforts and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with partners to align content marketing with strategic priorities.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 8–10 years of financial industry experience with an understanding of the investment and asset management space.
  • Well‑developed critical‑thinking, business acumen, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets, investment products and TDAM’s distribution channels.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker capable of building a marketing strategy and executing key deliverables.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities within a time‑sensitive environment.
  • Understanding of media and channel options and their impact on marketing objectives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Certifications
  • Masters/MBA/CFA designation or working toward CFA considered an asset.
  • Relevant undergraduate degree required.
  • Investment industry accreditation (e.g., CSC, IFIC) a strong asset.
