The Content & Communications Coordinator is based in Markham, ON and reports to the Manager, Creative Services. This role is responsible for developing and coordinating written and visual content across all internal and external marketing and communication platforms. A natural relationship and consensus builder, this individual works closely with the Creative and Digital teams, to ensure timely and accurate creation of content and coordination of materials that support marketing campaigns, internal and external communications, and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong marketer with exceptional writing, communication and relationship building skills.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate and develop content, secure necessary assets, approvals and follow ups with operations, regional management, SMEs, ensuring essaging consistency, accuracy and timely delivery of content for design and production.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for multiple channels, including web, social media, email newsletters, and internal platforms.
  • Develop and maintain content calendars to support ongoing campaigns and organizational priorities.
  • Support brand communication initiatives by gathering input and feedback from various business units.
  • Other duties as required by the Manager, Creative Services
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in writing and editing.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑team collaboration.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast‑paced environments.
