Job summary

Young Guns Container crew is hiring entry-level team members in Brantford, Ontario. No prior container or warehouse experience is required as training starts on Day One. A strong work ethic and positive attitude help you excel in our fast-paced environment.

You will unload/load containers, build pallets, wrap and stage goods for drivers. The role is physical and repetitive, with lifts up to 75 lbs; safety is paramount and rotations apply across sites.

Qualifications

• No prior container or warehouse experience required; we train you from Day one.
• MHE license desirable; in-house forklift certification available.

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load containers until the daily workload is complete (8–10 hrs).
• Hand unload freight from shipping containers, build stock onto pallets, wrap, and stage for put-away drivers.
• Work is physical and repetitive; team lifts up to 75 lbs.
• Safety is critical and job rotation is in place on all YG sites.

No prior container or warehouse experience is required as we will train you from Day one! From paperwork, driving forklifts, and using our internal container data capture system. A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are all you need to be a part of Young Guns.

A Typical shift at Young Guns:

• Unload/Load containers until the daily workload is complete (usually 8-10 hrs depending on daily workload)
• We physically hand unload the freight from shipping containers, build the stock onto pallets, wrap the pallets and then stage them for put-away drivers.
• Work is physical and repetitive, with some team lifts up to 75lbs
• Safety is critical to Young Guns, and Job Rotation schedules are in place on all YG Sites.
• MHE License desirable
