The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of experience in program management, is fluent in Portuguese and English, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills. This is a remote position available to applicants in Canada or the United States, offering an annual salary between $83,000 and $130,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Cognizant is seeking a motivated and innovative Contact Center Program Manager that will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure successful project delivery and optimizing project management processes
