Walmart Canada is seeking a Consumables Associate in Salmon Arm to contribute to fast-paced merchandise flow from backroom to salesfloor. You will greet customers, promote products, stock shelves, and assist shoppers in a safe, clean environment.

You will handle claims, returns, and paperwork, while maintaining displays and pricing. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer service excellence, and adherence to company policies.

• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate.
• Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise.
• Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Refer appropriate service items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
• Stock merchandise and downstock as applicable; apply product protection and set new shelf caps.
