What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be joining the Cloud Engineering & Transformation team within CIBC’s. As a Consultant, Infrastructure Management, you will be supporting in IT Asset Management (ITAM) cleanup activities to ensure that the full lifecycle of IT assets—owned or deployed by the engineering team—is effectively managed and properly documented. You’ll also be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. This role involves leading complex infrastructure projects, optimizing systems, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.

How You'll Succeed

Who You Are

• You can demonstrate 2+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), strong expertise in the Microsoft Suite, and as well as experience using ServiceNow – especially using the Software Asset and Hardware Asset modules and the CMDB. You have strong data analytical skills and have experience using PowerApps/PowerBi to create dashboards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure environments, as well as expertise in server and storage technologies such as VMware, Hyper‑V, SAN, and NAS. You should be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure. It is an asset if you have programming skills, proficiency with automation tools, experience with cloud platforms, and an ITIL Foundation Certification.
• You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Programming, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
