The Consultant II, Instructional Design, serves as a project manager and design consultant, orchestrating multiple, simultaneous projects from inception to completion. You will manage the creation and implementation of project design documents and templates, lead, and mentor teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables that exceed expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management & Leadership:
    • Oversee large-scale initiatives such as onboarding material creation and development of SharePoint sites.
    • Maintain development schedules, provide status updates, and manage expectations of subject-matter experts.
    • Anticipate challenges, formulate remediation plans, and lead problem resolution.
  • Design & Development:
    • Implement project analysis processes, including performance gap analysis and root-cause analysis.
    • Mentor project members through peer reviews and constructive feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Performance Analysis & Innovation:
    • Lead the design, development, and implementation of performance analysis for training material effectiveness.
    • Synthesize data from multiple reports to enhance project outcomes and advocate for innovative tools and techniques.
  • Backup Support:
    • Provide additional support to the Sr. Instructional Design Manager, overseeing work assignments and guiding team problem resolution.
Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; 5-7 years of experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability in comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting business operations.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong customer service disposition with professionalism and excellent attention to detail.
    • Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and excellent communication abilities.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficient in content development tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, Vyond).
    • Skilled in photo and audio editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Audition).
