Job summary

Hoffman Car Wash Inc. is seeking a Construction Technician to perform renovations and repairs at current locations in Regina. Daily duties cover siding, framing, roofing, drywall, painting and related trades, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Must be able to operate power tools and heavy equipment as needed. Compensation ranges from $28 to $34 per hour based on experience, with a company vehicle, phone and tools provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with framing, flooring, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, concrete, doors and windows.
• Experience using power tools, backhoe and skid steer loader.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL a plus; snow plow experience preferred.

Job description

The Construction Technician completes renovations and repairs at current locations. Daily work may include construction projects such as siding, stonework, concrete, framing, roofing, and doors and windows, drywall, painting, flooring, basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Do you have?

• At least 2 years of general construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with framing, flooring, roofing, siding, drywall, painting, concrete, doors, and windows.
• Experience using construction equipment including power tools, backhoe and skid steer loader
• Possess a valid driver’s license, CDL license a plus. Prior snow plowing experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, to bend, kneel, crawl, walk, stand for long periods of time, climb ladders without assistance, and work in all weather conditions.
• $28 - $34 per hour based on experience!
• Company vehicle, phone and tools provided!
• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.; occasional night work may be required.
