Job summary

Vestas seeks a Lead Supervisor to oversee CPX Site Execution and to act as the Construction Manager’s right hand on 100% travel site-based projects. Plan daily technician work and drive site activities from component delivery to turbine handover, while mentoring the team.

Required are a Technician Tech III level or equivalent, turbine installation experience on Vestas projects, and strong office software skills. SAP and Procore training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Technician Tech III level or comparable.
• Experience with turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project.
• Performed Mechanical Walkdowns.
• Proficient with standard office software.

The Lead Supervisor Group in VAME CPX. Technical Proficiency and Subject Matter Experts for Installation and Commissioning of Vestas Wind Turbines.

• The right hand of the Construction Manager.
• Plan all day to day work for technicians and manage all site activities from first component delivery to last turbine handed over to Service.
• Mentor/Train/Coach site personnel

Qualifications

• Worked on and/or learned turbine installation on a Vestas Construction Project
• Performed Mechanical Walkdowns
• Full workability of normal office computer/software skillset
• SAP and Procore Training
